Team Leader/Case Manager - Aboriginal Program - (Ballarat)

WRISC is seeking the services of Team Leader/Case Manager in the Aboriginal Program, located in Ballarat.  Hours are 0.8 EFT.  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Aboriginal Program provides a holistic and culturally sensitive outreach service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, with and without children, and women who are linked with the Aboriginal community who have or are experiencing family violence.  The Aboriginal Program includes a variety of holistic options including assessment, allocation to case management, intensive case management, safety planning, Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM), short term support, outreach and court support services.  The Team Leader role in the Aboriginal Program was established in 2015 to coordinate and lead service delivery in addition to providing team support and supervision.

Case Manager - Family Violence Outreach Program - (Bacchus Marsh)

WRISC is seeking the services of Case Manager, Family Violence Outreach Program, located in Bacchus Marsh. This is a full-time Maternity Leave position until May 09, 2022.

The Family Violence Outreach Program aims to assist women and children who are experiencing, or have experienced, family violence to receive the most appropriate and timely service.

The case management service involves a variety of options, including safety planning, assessment using the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management framework (MARAM), short term support, case management, intensive case management and outreach service to women and children.

Relief Worker - Duty and Case Management

WRISC is currently seeking the services of Relief Worker - Duty and Case Management in the Women's and Children's Family Violence Support Program.  The hours are casual (as negotiated).

The Women's and Children's Family Violence Case Management Program aims to assist women and children who are victims of family violence to receive the most appropriate and timely service.  Case management services involve a variety of options including allocation to case management, intensive case management, safety planning, Common Risk Assessment Framework (CRAF), short term support and outreach services.
