The Women's Resource Information and Support Centre (WRISC) offers free voluntary and confidential support to women and children experiencing family violence.

Interpreter services available if required. WRISC is managed and staffed by women. WRISC is not for profit organisation funded in the main by The Department of Human Services. WRISC also receives donations from community organisations and individuals. Equal Opportunity Act 1983 Vic, Exemption number A13/2007 applies.

WRISC OPERATING HOURS

Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00. For an appointment phone 533 33 666 and ask to speak to the duty worker.

Please note, WRISC does not operate an after hours service. Women can contact the Women’s Domestic Violence Crisis Service (WDVCS) on 1800 015 188 after hours.
