WRISC is part of the Central Highlands Women’s Collective Inc. (CHWC) The CHWC is an association under the Associations Incorporation Act Victoria 1981.

CHWC is made up of members who elect a Board of Governance each year to oversee the strategic direction and work of WRISC.

Membership of CHWC is open to all women who are eighteen years and older and who have a commitment to the organisation’s statement of purpose.
