Court support, legal information and referrals.Court support is an important element of the work we do as part of case management, for example: providing assistance to complete an intervention order application form. Workers are available to support women at court for any relevant legal matters. WRISC also provides the services of an Indigenous Court Support Worker. WRISC workers can refer women to the court Applicant Support Worker for additional information and access to resources available at the Family Violence Court. The Applicant Support Worker at the court can provide you with information about intervention orders and help you to understand what is happening at court for any family violence matters you are attending. The Applicant Support Worker is available to female and male adults who have experienced family violence and have a case in the Family Violence Court Division. |
